DCET Learner reaches final in regional competition
After making it through to the second stage of the competition, Lewis Taylor was asked to attend the practical assessment at the City of Bath College, where he had to undertake a 4 hour practical test, he wasn't allowed to use his own tools and had to work under examination conditions.
Training Officer Bob Gooch went along to support Lewis on behalf of DCET Training.
Lewis made it down to the last two and judges said it was such a difficult choice but his opponent was announced as the winner, nevertheless this was a major achievement to reach the final as he did.
