Your Provider, Your Experience, Your Say
As an employer receiving training from us in 2008 / 2009 you should have recently received a letter from the Learning & Skills Council (LSC) asking you to complete a survey entitled "The Framework for Excellence Employer Views Survey".
The survey only takes a couple of minutes to complete and it's purpose is to help us to achieve an Employer Responsive grade as a training provider.
It's extremely important for us to achieve this grade as it will then be published to help future employers make informed decisions about their future choice of training providers.
We would therefore greatly appreciate it if you could complete the survey in one of three ways:
- Complete the paper copy that you should have received in the post.
- Complete the survey online at www.surveys.com/employerviews (you will need your pin number to access this method which is detailed in the letter. If you can't find it then please contact us).
- Or call the automated telephone line on 0800 856 0855 and answer the questions directly.
The LSC need to receive the completed surveys by the end of December 2009. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.
