About this course
This course is designed to refresh your Inspection, Testing and Certification practices by undertaking, under our expert guidance, the Inspection Testing and Certification of a 'real' single phase installation.
Who is this course aimed at?
This course is aimed at those who have had previous training in inspection, testing and certification but for whatever reasons require some refreshment of their practices it is ideal for those who have an upcoming assessment i.e. annual visit, forthcoming 2391-52 practical etc.
How long will the course take?
One day, 9.00am to 4.00pm.
What topics will it cover?
· Statutory and non-statutory documents
· Safe Isolation
· Inspections including the inspection schedule
· Safe use of Instruments
· Live Tests
· Verification of Test results
· Certification
What books will I need?
Copies of required publications will be provided for use during the training.
Is there an exam?
There is a short multiple choice question paper and assessment of your inspection, testing and certification practices.
When will I know if I've passed?
Upon successful completion of the above assessments candidates will be awarded a DCET certificate of attendance.
How much will it cost?
£150+VAT to include a buffet lunch use of all instruments and publications.
